Ingredients For This Recipe

  • Nestle® Abuelita® Chocolate Syrup, to taste
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  •  
  • Strawberry ice cream
  • 2 lbs frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup Nestle® La Lechera® sweetened condensed milk
  •  
  • Garnish
  • Whipped cream
  • Pecans, chopped
  • Nestle® Abuelita® chocolate syrup
  •

Preparation

  1. Mix frozen strawberries and condensed milk in a bowl until strawberries are coated.
  2. Using the ice cream strainer, pass the mixture through, letting the strawberry ice cream fall into a mixing bowl.
  3. Cover and place in the freezer until ready to use.
  4. Assemble your parfait by placing the Abuelita® syrup in the bottom of the glass of your choice.
  5. Place a few slices of strawberry, a scoop of strawberry ice cream, more strawberry slices.
  6. Serve, garnish and enjoy.
